In 2006 ther were 77 sales in Laurelhurst. The Average price of all homes sold was $1,163,801. The average price of non waterfront homes was $971,381. Overall it was a 12% increase over 2005.

2007 was a tale of two halves. the first half of the year was just like the previous 3 years....fast and furious. Then the mortgage crisis hit and lots of news regarding an over inflated market hit. While homes sold, market times were longer in Laurelhurst. In the end the total number of neighborhood sales was 77(same as 2006). The Average sales price of non waterfront homes was $1,011,711. The median sales price was $942,500. Overall it was a 4% increase over 2006. New construction and the Premier properties were in high demand.
